We fix one detector under the manhole cover,and this detector can examine the rotate angle of the manhole cover,if you open the manhole cover,the rotate angle the manhole cover will change, and the detector will send signals to the computer software system,and computer system will sign the exactly the address of the manhole cover,and transfer the information to the android application. If the municipal worker open the manhole cover,he can use his android phone'application to close the alarming.If not our worker open the manhole cover,we will call the police to catch the thieves.

If the manhole cover rotate to the wrong position,and will damage the passing people,it can also determine the rotation and send signal to the software system.Worker will check it and repair it. The detector is anti-water,it can also work under water and send signal normally.And detector can use with battery more than 2 years,and when it has the electrical energy less than 5%,it will send signal to software system,worker will change it.
